The Million Dollar Remix Lawsuit, Lebron James vs. Michael Jordan
According to TMZ, a company called Lebron Jordan, Inc. (LJI) alleges that reps from both parties (James and Jordan) at Nike and Live Nation effed up a pricey ass deal, threatening to sue Lebron Jordan, Inc. unless they stopped selling a line of sneakers under the Lebron Jordan name. According to the lawsuit filed, LJI claims that it has the right to use the Lebron Jordan name to market the shoe and argues that a trademark with the words “Lebron” and “Jordan” doesn’t exist.
