Rihanna’s Boobs Are Too Sexy for Her Shirt (in Kuwait) + Rihanna Spotted in Milan

Kuwait is not a fan of all that cleavage that Rihanna is serving in her newly released debut fragrance, Reb’l Fleur (how in the hell do you pronounce that, anyway?). Apparently, an exposed chest is inproper, inappropriate and un-lady like. According to the before and after photos, it looks as if they Photoshop’ed some fabric on baby-boo.

In non-exposed skin news, Rihanna attended Nivea’s 100th Anniversary celebration, in Milan, Italy. She performed “California Bed” and rocked a white Dolce & Gabbana dress. Cute!
