Chris Brown channeled his inner Nicki Minaj (who was well known for giving lap dances during her concert) and delighted one female fan during his concert. A chest naked Breezy performed “Take You Down” at Miami’s 99 Jamz’ SpringFest and straddled baby-boo during the :57 mark and 1:53 mark.
