Was Hines Ward Really Drunk? Witnesses Say No

NFL’er Hines Ward, who was recently slapped with a DUI in Georgia, claims that he was not drunk. In fact, witnesses that saw Ward say that he did not “look” drunk either. TMZ spoke w/ some folks at both establishments (Oasis Gentleman’s Club and Bucket Bottle Bar & Restaurant) where Ward had been earlier and no one seems to recall him drinking heavily. IDK, this is sounding a bit strange….
