NBA Baller Tony Parker Sues Club for Torn Retina From Chris Brown/Drake Fight

Well isn’t this interesting? Last week, we learned that NBA Baller Tony Parker was at club W.i.P. partying with his friend Chris Brown, when the huge brawl with Drake and company broke out. Tony actually received a scratched retina during the incident and was forced to sit out for a week. He explained:

‘I was with my friend Chris Brown and me and my friends took some punches…So I’ll be missing the start of the French team because I can’t do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops….They started throwing bottles everywhere. I don’t know what happened. At first it was okay, but then it started getting worse and when the plane landed it was really hurting so I went straight to the ER.’

Fast forward to the present day and we’v learned that Tony is suing the $20 million. According to the NY Daily News, the suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday, claiming that W.i.P and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place. Do you you think Tony should sue?

I sure do, that fight should have never gotten out of hand like that and it wouldn’t have if they would have had the proper security in place to handle it

Yes he absolutely should sue. Ridiculous! Still in shock this happened and hoping that both Drake and Chris look into better security for themselves as well. This fight clearly put a lot of innocent bystanders in harms way and the club is ultimately responsible. The Olympics is about to start and he has a torn retina? Life is happenimg yo :(
