That new neck tatt belongs to none other than Chris Brown. The 23-year-old got tatted up last night while in L.A., in town for the BET Awards where he will be performing. Now I’m no tattoo expert, but is it a good idea to get a tattoo right before a major performance? Anywho, I guess he would know better than I would. Peep the flix below.
