[Developing] Empire State Building Shooting + Conflicting Reports of Victims

Details are a bit still sketchy at this time, but a number of outlets have reported that Friday morning, there was a shooting outside the Empire State Building. New York City police say at least four people have been shot and that the gunman is dead.

A witness says the shooter was firing indiscriminately. The department says paramedics are evaluating eight people but some of them may not have been shot. CNN reports that ten people were shot outside the Empire State Building, leaving two dead, including the gunman. What motivated the shooting? The Associated Press reports:
A law enforcement official says it stemmed from workplace dispute. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing. Federal officials say the shooting isn’t related to terrorism, and a guard at the landmark said it didn’t involve the parts of the building where tourists gather to visit the skyscraper.
