Artistic or Ignorant: Lil Scrappy Gets Obama Tattoo On His Stomach

Lil Scrappy (real name Darryl Kevin Richardson II) loves him some President Obama…so much so that the 28-year-old rapper/reality star debuted a new tattoo of America’s first African American president. The tattoo, which is located on Scrappy’s stomach, features Obama’s face, on a $100 dollar bill.
