Nicki Minaj Brings High Waist & Ice Cream Cones for ‘106th & Park’ Appearance

This week, Nicki Minaj took a break from judging American Idol and hit up BET’s 106th and Park to promote her latest project, The Re-Up.

Always pushing the style envelope, Nick popped with color for her appearance–wearing an over embellished bra (popping with stuffed ice cream cones and studs), high waisted leggings and killer platforms. Peep the pix.
