Wendy Williams Creates New Nail Color, #WERK, With Tami Roman’s New Cosmetic Line
Well, ain’t this fancy! In addition to Basketball Wives’ Tami Roman launching her new nail polish and lip gloss line, Spring Love’ by TR ‘Love’ Cosmetics this week in Los Angeles, she’s joined forces with Wendy Williams. Tami has launched an exclusive custom nail polish shade called “#WERK” with the talk show host. Here’s the short and skinny: Sold a s a duo, for $19.95, there’s also gloss that includes a built-inside mirror (you know, so you can stare at yourself and make sure you don’t over-do the shine factor…I’m absolutely guilty of this). Each ‘Love’ polish comes in a matte spring shade. Tami shared her excited about her new venture and #WERK polish.
“I’m so excited that Wendy Williams and I collaborated on a special nail polish for her fans! Wendy exudes and embraces confidence, beauty and is the epitome of a hard working woman. I wanted to create an affordable and fun product that would make every woman feel gorgeous, sexy and confident.”
What’s more? TR ‘LOVE’ cosmetics features a collection of 10 sultry shades of light up lip-glosses and 10 matte friendly nail polishes that are made in the USA. And for you health nuts (no shade), the products are healthy and free from Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP.

And in more Tami Roman news, she recently chopped it up with Juicy Magazine, dishing on why she endorsed her new weight supplements and how the face (and audience) of reality TV has changed:
Juicy: What’s the biggest change you’ve noticed within reality TV, since you began on Real World LA 20 years ago?
TR: The audience. Back then if somebody wanted to tell me something or they didn’t like what I did, they’d have to write me a letter and hope I got it. Now you can hit me on Twitter, blogs are saying it as soon as it airs, it’s up on digital media content so you’re constantly reliving those moments.
Juicy: You’ve been vocal about your support of the diet supplement NV. What do you say to critics that believe that diet supplements are an unhealthy alternative to weight loss?
TR: I am not saying that NV is a magic pill sent down for the gods that allows you to be a couch potato and allows you to eat everything under the sun. That’s not what I’m saying. I need something that will help me curve my appetite as well as offer me something to removes toxins from my body. The pill is not a miracle, that’s not what I’m saying. You still have to incorporate eating right and you still have to incorporate an active lifestyle. Don’t go out and get this pill if you’re not willing to make the changes in edition to taking the supplement.
