Steve Harvey’s Annual Neighborhood Awards (formerly ‘The Hoodie Awards’) took over Las Vegas. This year’s 11^th annual awards show, went down at the MGM Grand, and included a weekend of events and performances from the legendary Chaka Khan, Fantasia, Mary Mary, Jaheim. We also spotted celebrities including Shemar Moore, Phylicia Rashad, Tichina Arnold, Marvin Sapp, Yolanda Adams, Anthony Hamilton and others on the ‘blue carpet’ and backstage.
