Bow Wow Pleads With Chris Brown to Stay Out of Trouble: ‘Don’t give these people more reason to talk!’
It’s been a little more than 24 hours and close friends and fans of Chris Brown are concerned about his recent legal trouble. Over the weekend, the 24-year-old singer was charged with felony assault. Chris and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy allegedly attacked a man with their fists, outside the W Hotel in downtown D.C.
The singer, who was in town making a club appearance during Howard University’s Homecoming weekend, allegedly attacked a 20-year-old Beltsville man. The victim was treated and released at a hospital for treatment for a bruised and swollen face, police spokesman Anthony Clay told CNN. The arrest could have serious legal consequence for Chris since he is serving probation for the felony domestic violence conviction relating to his 2009 attack on former girlfriend Rihanna. Sunday evening, Chris’ close friend rapper Bow Wow took to Instagram, penning a personal message to the singer. He wrote:

According to TMZ, under DC law, Chris will remain in jail until he sees a magistrate at some point on Monday.
