Ear Hustlin’: Will Evelyn Lozada’s Pregnancy Grant Her Spin-Off Show Wish?
Earlier today, news broke that at the tender age of 37, reality star Evelyn Lozada was expecting her second child. The Basketball Wives star told People,
I am so excited to announce a wonderful blessing — I’m pregnant! I’m excited about being a mommy all over again. This is something I’ve been wanting for years and I can’t believe it’s finally happening.
While she’s decided to keep the identity of her future child mum (online buzz points to LA Dodgers’ Carl Crawford, 28), it got us to thinking and wondering, will Evelyn finally get the spin-off show that wants. If you followed her on the popular reality TV show, you’re aware that after last season wrapped, she made it quite clear that. She told the Huffington Post,
I signed on to do five seasons and this is our fifth. I don’t really see me doing a sixth season. I know I can carry my own show, pretty much carried this one.
She continued:
I would do my own show because I know I would have creative control. I’m in a different space. I’m open to doing a spin-off, but just not with a cast of women.
Evelyn did have a spin-off deal, co-starring her ex-husband, Chad Ochocinco Johnson, which never aired after their domestic violence dispute.
So Evelyn having her own spin-off, surrounding new motherhood, life after her divorce and new business ventures is highly likely.
In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if VH1 was already filming or beginning to film. What are your thoughts about spin-off and would you tune in?

This girl will do ANYTHING for attention. I am betting this was NOT planned and she just playing along trying to make it seem like she planned it. What a wash up. Always trying to be a bad ass then you get knocked around a little and you playing the victim card and holding on to it. The whole time she was messing around now she knocked up talking about it was planned, girl please miss us with that BS and take multiple seats.

Jasmine, is it possible she used the “said frozen eggs/sperm” with Chad depicted on BBW. If baby comes out looking like him then we will know it’s not someone else. Hmmmm??? Will be interesting when the time comes. Unless, she does the whole…hide my baby routine until the child is walking and talking. lol
Evelyn is crazy! Why in the heck would she get pregnant by someone she’s been with for less than a year, @ 37 y/o and already has a grown daughter? Talk about taking 10 steps backwards. Hot mess!
