More Maternity Fashion! Kerry Washington Rocks Oscar de La Renta At Directors Guild of America Awards

There’s something extremely fascinating about Kerry Washington’s maternity fashion. Perhaps it started with her fashion forward Olivia Pope character on Scandal, but she’s keeping us mesmerized. On Saturday, the 36-year-old expecting actress attended the Directors Guild of America Awards. Held at Century City’s Hyatt Regency, Kerry was scheduled to present the Diversity Award to Scandal creator, Shonda Rhimes.

Wearing an Oscar de La Renta knee-length dress and Christian Loubitin shoes, Kerry’s husband, Nnamdi Asomugha, was in attendance, but did not appear on the red carpet with her. After hiding her pregnancy for months, she made her first official announcement earlier this month at the Golden Globes, stepping out on the carpet in Balenciaga, holding her bump and smiling for the cameras. She told Ryan Seacrest, while holding her bump:

I have the best date of the night, my little accessory.

While Kerry is no longer hiding her pregnancy, she’s still a bit elusive about sharing much with the public and media. She did manage to share her spiritual gratitude, telling Access Hollywood:

I’m very blessed. I’m truly, truly blessed. Everything is so extraordinary….I have loved every moment of this, I’m just really blessed. That’s the word that keeps coming me because I feel like life is such a wonderful adventure right now.
