RHOA’s Porsha Williams Walks Away Empty-Handed From Kordell Stewart Divorce
Now that the dust has settled (somewhat) between RHOA’s Porsha Willliams and former NFL baller Kordell Stewart and the divorce is final we’ve learned who’s walked away with what. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ,
Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.
Ouch! The pair were married two years and split last year. The former couple battled it out very publicly with various accusations flying from both sides. Porsha keeps the Mercedes she had prior to the marriage, all of her personal items including clothes and jewelry, the engagement ring and $19,000 for attorney’s fees. Kordell retains two houses and plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, his full retirement benefits and 100% interest in his companies. During the last episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kordell mentioned in a conversation with Peter Thomas there was no pre-nup and other financial issues explaining,
There’s love, but then there’s also business. There’s a law in the state of Georgia that talks separate property. Because she didn’t pay her taxes, she lost the condo. Through that process of her not being able to be responsible, her name didn’t go on this house. And being that her name didn’t go on anything, I’m good.

Porsha wasn’t very smart to marry him without looking out for herself. She got exactly what she deserved.
Damn. It hurt my feelings to read that and I’m not even really a Porsha fan. I guess it could be worse, at least she gets to take what she came with. Tina Turner only got to keep the 36 cent in her pocket and her name. I really wish Porsha the best. Even though Kordell has no legal obligation to do so hopefully he will break her off with something so she can start a new life.
Wow…I hate to hear that she is not getting NOTHING. That is cold. I think she deserves something for putting up with him. I wish Porsha would have looked out for herself in the beginning and did something legally to cover herself…like getting a pre-nup. Well I wish her luck. This was kind of sad…poor Porsha.
I’m team Porsha but Porsh has proven that she is not very smart & a little airy at times! That was pure dumbness on her and her family/camp or whomever has her best interests at heart. Somebody should’ve made sure in the event of… that x-y-z was taken care of. I hate to say it but if I were Kordell, I would’ve done the same thing as far as her irresponsibility issues but by the same token, he didn’t bother with a prenup so he really got lucky. I think had Porsha been a stay at home wife, and not on the RHOA then she would’ve made out better. Oh well, chalk it up to a lesson learned, better luck and much smarter next time. She’ll be ok anyway.
