[VIDEO] Future Announces ‘It’s A Boy!’ On Wendy Williams + Performs ‘Honest’
Hip Hop artist, Future, visited Wendy Williams’ couch today to reveal he and Ciara are having a baby boy, his involvement in their wedding plans, and why Beyonce delayed his album release. He also performed the eponymous new single from his forthcoming album, “Honest.”
Having stopped by Ciara’s baby shower over the weekend, Future confirmed to Wendy that they are having a baby boy.
I didn’t stay the whole time, I went downstairs. She wanted me to come and support her though. She wanted me to be there.
With their upcoming nuptials in the works, Future said Ciara was taking charge of things.
The wedding plans are going great. I’m letting her handle the wedding. I’m doing my album, the album comes out April 22nd. So she’s coordinating that. She’s coordinating very well. She does a great job of that.
He added, with a laugh, “I’m just approving everything.”
Originally slated to drop last year, Future admitted his album was bumped aside by Beyonce’s surprise release, for which he had some involvement with “Drunk In Love“. Future said,
I demo’d the song with the producer. I demo’d it first for her [Beyonce] to listen to. I guess she did. She had done the record and she was saving the record. I had done another version, “Good Morning,” because we didn’t know when she was gonna put the album out. Then she put the album out December, and I was supposed to put my album out in November. It just pushed my song to the side.
