Since the explosive incident, Kenya has pressed charges with Porsha turning herself in (providing a glamourous mug shot). According to Yahoo! News, Porsha’s lawyer is confident that Kenya will not win her case.

Attorney Joe S. Habachy said,

Cast member Kenya Moore sought out the warrant and, although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams fully cooperated with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name.

He says that there is evidence that Kenya was

primary aggressor in the altercation.

He adds that cast mates and witnesses believe that Kenya was at fault, stating:
