[WATCH] Kandi Burruss Defends Prenup, Reveals She & Mama Joyce Are No Longer Speaking

Prenuptial agreements are a touchy subject. And fans of reality star/singer Kandi Burruss are watching a complicating story line involving money and marriage, play out on her BRAVO spin-off, Kandi’s Wedding. On Sunday’s episode, both Kandi and her then fiance, Todd Tucker, have some serious disagreements about what’s included in their prenup. After the episode aired, the RHOA star hopped on Twitter defending herself and clarifying a few points. She tweets:

Reading tweets & people say I’m unfair with the prenup but if I didn’t do the prenup & Lord forbid we divorced & I had to give half of everything, the same people would tweet me calling

me stupid….Todd didn’t even get his attorney until 2 days before the wedding. He & I had already talked about what we thought was fair & I thought we were on the same page.

She also clarified on Todd’s comments (made on the show) that if he became sick, she had the potential to leave him desolate.

Our prenup never said if he got sick I would leave him. Todd was just saying that its possible I could leave him with nothing if he got sick

Kandi also appeared on Watch What Happens Live!, addressing the prenup drama.

During her appearance, Kandi also reveals that she and Mama Joyce are having a momentarily spat, that has resulted in the two not speaking to each other. Watch the clips.
