[EXCLUSIVE COURT DOCS] Full Details On Apollo Nida’s 8 Year Prison Sentence + Kenya Moore’s Reaction
Judgement day came and arrived for 35-year-old Apollo Nida. Today (June 8th), the husband of Phaedra Parks and the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member received an eight-year sentence by a federal court judge.
theJasmineBRAND.com has obtained the exclusive court documents filed in the case. According to docs, Apollo’s mother and brother spoke to the judge in his defense. Further, his lawyers argued that he had a poor upbringing and his past criminal history was overstated and he wasn’t that bad of a person. The court shot down both of those arguments by his lawyers.

Why does Kenya feel the need to say ANYTHING about this? Does she not realize that a woman is losing her husband and their two children are losing their father for 8 years! You know as adults that would be the right thing to do, but… I think the things Apollo and Phaedra said to her during the reunion show were hurtful especially Phaedra calling her barren. I think she just wanted to point what should have been obvious. While they were calling her out for her mess, he was not innocent either.
