[EXCLUSIVE COURT DOCS] Full Details On Apollo Nida’s 8 Year Prison Sentence + Kenya Moore’s Reaction
The federal court judge then imposed a sentence of 96 months and 5 years of supervised probation. He will also have to do 500 hours in a drug program in prison. He will be serving his sentence in an Atlanta Prison per the court recommendation.
A hearing on his restitution aka how much money he has to pay back is set for July 17th. As previously reported, the sentence was for his four-year scheme involving bank, mail and wire fraud and ID theft of more than 50 individuals to the tune of an estimated $2 million. Why does Kenya feel the need to say ANYTHING about this? Does she not realize that a woman is losing her husband and their two children are losing their father for 8 years! You know as adults that would be the right thing to do, but… I think the things Apollo and Phaedra said to her during the reunion show were hurtful especially Phaedra calling her barren. I think she just wanted to point what should have been obvious. While they were calling her out for her mess, he was not innocent either.
