[EXCLUSIVE] Akon: Accused of Screwing Over Home Construction Workers, Slapped With Lien

month accusing the singer of refusing to pay his $18, 745 bill. The man claims that he performed work which improved Akon’s property and he purchased material, equipment, and his own labor to get the job done. However, Lazer says that following the work being done on the home Akon refuses to pay the bill he was sent.

Lazer then filed a materialman’s and mechanics lien on Akon’s home, which states that if the bill doesn’t get paid the court could force the singer to sell off his home to cover the debt he owes to the company. Akon has not filed docs responding to the accusations he skipped out on the bill. Read the Exclusive Court Documents.
