Tracy Morgan Hits Wal-Mart With Lawsuit Over Car Crash
Reportedly, Tracy Morgan is suing Wal-Mart over the deadline car crash that he was involved in last month. As previously reported, on June 7th, the 45-year-old comedic actor was in a New Jersey Turnpike accident that left him and others hospitalized, along with one person dead.
Wal-Mart driver Kevin Roper has been accused of hitting the limousine van carrying Morgan those injured. Morgan and others injured in the accident allege negligence on Wal-Mart’s part and have filed a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in New Jersey.
The complaint states:
Wal-Mart was careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle,
