EXCLUSIVE! New Money Drama For DMX: Agency Attempts to Seize 242k Debt
DMX (real name Earl Simmons) has booked a series of concerts in the upcoming months, but he shouldn’t expect to see any of the 20k he is earning per performance — because a company he owes 242k to is coming after ALL the money he is scheduled to make, theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned.
A company named Amusing Diversions – who produces clothing for dogs – won a 242k judgement against DMX in NY Court year ago. For years, they have unsuccessfully been attempting to collect on their judgement. They have sued the rappers’ music label Universal Music and recently were awarded a 35k + judgement to be paid from his royalties.
