[EXCLUSIVE] Eminem: Files Lawsuit Over Concerts With Rihanna, Hunting For Counterfeiters & Illegal Products
Eminem (real name Marshall Bruce Mathers) is going to great lengths, to protect his brand. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, the 41-year-old rapper is on the hunt for counterfeiters selling knock off merchandise with his name. A lawsuit to seize all illegal products being sold at his two concerts with Rihanna at the Rose Bowl this week.
The merchandise company Bravado International Group filed suit on behalf of EMINEM in Federal Court. Bravado explains they have agreement with the rapper in which they licensed the rights to use his trademark to sell merchandise at his concerts and retail stores. Eminem uses his mark to sell clothing and other products for his fans.
