[EXCLUSIVE] Toni Braxton’s Mother Evelyn: Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker, Fears Man Will Kill Her

She describes Figures as a local physician who is 6’3, weighs 200 pounds and is African American who drives a Mercedes Benz.

Evelyn obtained a temporary stalking protective order against Figures the same day she filed her petition. The order states that he is not allowed to be 200 yards from her and he is to have no contact with her or her family, including her famous daughters Toni, Tamar, Towanda and Traci.

The court order says that Figures is NOT to harass the family and specifically Evelyn.

On her families show, Braxton Family Values, Evelyn had stated she was being stalked by a man who waited outside her home. Looks like she took matters into her own hands by heading to court. Read the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents.
