EXCLUSIVE: Apollo Nida Slapped With 1.9 Million Dollar Lien By Federal Govt.
The Feds have now filed a Department of Justice Notice of Lien for Fine and Restitution in Georgia Court, which states that Nida has 20 years to pay the full amount on the lien and it will remain active until he has satisfied the full amount.
The lien notes that if Nida doesn’t pay the lien, penalties totaling 25 percent of the principal amount past due may arise. The document was signed by the Assistant U.S. Attorney Cynthia Smith based in Atlanta. Read the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents.
