According to the New York Daily News, Ginuwine is on verge of bankruptcy. His attorney (Bruce Beckner) says he owes the government 300-odd thousand dollars in back income taxes. Beckner attributed the money trouble to a recent divorce from his wife. Ginuwine and Sole share two children together. They also have other children from previous relationships.
