(EXCLUSIVE) Iggy Azalea’s Ex-Boyfriend Blasts Rapper in Court Docs, Denies Forging Her Recording Contract
Then on December 4th, Hefe fired back. According to the court docs, he filed a declaration under oath stating that he watched Iggy personally sign the contract that she is now calling fake. He says that the signature on the contract is not forged and nor was her signature taken from another document and placed on the contract.
Further, the docs explains that the contract she read fully and signed specifically states that it was executed in Harris County, Texas. Hefe says the terms of the contract say that any legal action that arises out of the deal is to be handled in Texas court — not in California where Iggy filed her lawsuit. He is demanding the lawsuit be dismissed and it be transferred to Texas.
Iggy’s ex is saying that despite the singers claim he doesn’t own her recordings, he actually does due to her signing away the rights to him when they were working together. He claims he has every right to release the tracks he has from years back. Reportedly, Hefe is also requesting Iggy’s lawsuit be dismissed forever due to Iggy’s baseless claims that he committed fraud. See the exclusive court docs.
