Thug Life: Halle Berry’s Hubby Allegedly Assaults Photog + See the Footage! [VIDEO]

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Martinez has been involved in a physical incident of sorts. In 2012, Halle’s ex Gabriel Aubry (who is the father of Halle’s daughter Nahla) and Martinez got into a physical fight at Halle’s home. Both were treated at a hospital for injuries and Aubry later obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez, asserting that the fight began when Martinez threatened to kill Aubry if he did not allow the couple to move to France.
