Tina Knowles, Beyoncé and hubby Jay Z, Kelly Rowland and hubby Tim Witherspoon were spotted having an afternoon together at SoHo House. Blue Ivy and her nanny were spotted, along with Baby Titan who was in the arms of his rumored nanny.
