(EXCLUSIVE) Nicki Minaj Moves Out of 40k a Month Hollywood Mansion Following Break Up w/ Safaree

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Nicki Minaj has moved out of her Hollywood Hills mansion, where she lived for the past year and a half — only months after her breakup with her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels.

Nicki moved into the home back in late 2013 with Safaree and posted multiple photos on Instagram showing her posing before award shows in the house, along with photos featuring her ex-boyfriend.

According to official records, the pad hit the market for rent last month at the price of $39,500 a month.
