amfAR New York Gala: Iman, Naomi Campbell, Whoopi Goldberg, Rosario Dawson, Chris Rock Attend [Photos]

Last night (February 11th), the amfAR New York Gala held its annual black-tie benefit that serves as the official kick-off to New York Fashion Week. The star-studded evening honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to raise awareness about the HIV/AIDS epidemic and includes cocktails, a seated dinner, a live auction of luxury items, musical performances, and a special tribute to honorees.

To date, the amfAR New York Gala has raised more than $15 million for amfAR’s life-saving research. This year’s honorees included: Harry Belafonte, Rosario Dawson and Patrick Demarchelier.

Celebrity attendees included Chris Rock, Whoopi Goldberg, Jeremy Piven, Naomi Campbell, Iman, Patrick Demarchelier, Anna Wintour, Lewis Hamilton and others.
