(EXCLUSIVE) RHOA’s Apollo Nida Not Owed For Reality Show, On Hook For $1.9 Mill Judgement
producers behind RHOA – currently have money, funds of property in their possession for Nida, who owes a total of $1.9 million in restitution to various entities he defrauded money from.
The 1.9 million restitution comes from owing $828k to JP Morgan Chase, $127k to the IRS, $24k to Delta Airlines, $15k to the State of California and various other entities.
The docs filed state the production company is to hand over all money they are holding for Nida and to not pay the reality star any money.
Then on February 24th, True Entertainment filed docs responding to the Feds explaining they don’t owe Nida anything for his appearance on Real Housewives.
The President of True Entertainment explains in the court docs that they have NOTHING for Nida and they have no paychecks waiting for him for when he is released from prison.
Since the production company doesn’t have any funds for the Feds, that means Nida may be solely responsible to pay off the $1.9 million.
