In addition to being unstable, reportedly, he was on drugs (xanax) and alcohol before his appearance. According to TMZ, he couldn’t even walk and was pushed around on a luggage cart (although the clip shows otherwise).

Sources say Nick’s lawyer would not allow him to talk about anything connected with the events that led up to Bobbi Kristina being found face-down in her bathtub on January 31st.

When Nick realized this was an intervention to get him into rehab, he became upset and left the set. Reportedly, he physically assaulted two of Dr. Phil’s staff. In the end, he allegedly checked into rehab. The show is scheduled to air, March 11th.
