[UPDATED] Chris Brown Allegedly Punches Man During Basketball Game + Alleged Victim Drops Case

Chris Brown may be looking at another case. Reportedly, the 25-year-old singer is facing another battery accusation.

Las Vegas police say that he is suspected of beating a man who was found at the Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center at 3:42 a.m. Monday.

Reportedly, the incident went down while Chris was playing basketball at the Palms Casino Resort. Allgedly, Chris and the alleged victim got into a verbal argument on the court. He claims that Chris punched him and another person with Chris also physically assaulted him.

The Associated Press reports that the man took himself to the hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.
