theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is blasting his baby mama in court documents, accusing her of spending his large monthly child support checks recklessly — and now she has caused the music mogul to be ordered to pay over $622K because she stopped making payments on her New York home.

theJasmineBRAND.com obtained the exclusive court docs, revealing that CitiBank filed a lawsuit against Diddy and his baby mama Misa Hylton-Brim – mother to his son Justin – accusing them of defaulting on a $712K loan for a New York home. The court docs explained that Diddy co-signed a bank loan for Misa but she stopped making the payments back in 2010.
The bank demanded that Diddy be held responsible even though he didn’t reside there — and they sued the music mogul and his baby mama for a total of $622,518.34 and wanted the court to allow them to foreclose on the home.

As smart as Diddy is that was a bad decision on his part to trust that she would handle a mortgage when he knew she had not handled money well. When you cosign on loan docs you are just as responsible for the payments. As they say some lessons we learn are “bought” lessons. He paid hefty for that lesson.
And then if he didnt sign, people would say he wasnt helping his baby mama
She spent the money on clothing and cars. She has many judgments against her.
Misa knows just what she is doing at all times. She stayed at the Ritz Carlton and left owing them $57,000. She owes about $40,000 on the condo for monthly fees that she did not pay. Everybody gets a judgment but they never collect on it.
Hindsight is always 20/20. He should sue her, but she’d never be able to pay him.
