Watch the Teaser! WAGS: Wives & Girlfriends Of Sports Stars, Premieres Aug. 18

There’s more reality TV intruding our TV screens and it appears that the Basketball Wives franchise has a bit of competition moving in! As previously reported, E! has announced a new reality show, called WAGS (Wives and Girlfriends of Sports Stars). And as the title suggests, the show follows a cast of women who date and/or are associated with men who are professional athletes.

As part of an elite, exclusive group, the WAGS are close friends who are bound together by a strict hierarchy, unspoken rules and plenty of drama – and those who have the coveted ring and a husband with a contract are the ones with all the power!
