Brandon Jennings Rents Out Theater, Screens ‘Straight Outta Compton’: Memphitz, Malaysia Pargo, Marcc Rose, Dondria Attend [Photos]
On Monday (August 18th), NBA baller Brandon Jennings took his community and family to watch the number 1 film in the country, “Straight Outta Compton” at The Bridge – Cinemark Theatre in Culver City. The 25-year-old Pistons point guard, who is a native of the City of Compton, bought out the theatre to watch the film with his friends and community.
Prior to viewing the film, Brandon told attendees:
I’m from the City of Compton, this is very important to me, and to my City, this is one of our first films for Compton specifically and I’m proud to support it, so I bought this whole Mutha Effa Out”.
He invited out other Compton natives including Basketball Wives LA’s Malaysia Pargo. Other guests included singer Eric Bellinger; actor Marcc Rose who played Tupac Shakur in the film; singer Dondria; producer Memphitz; promoter Miss Diddy whose company represents Brandon and others.
