‘Survivor’s Remorse’, Picked up for Season 3

Starz has ordered ‘Survivor’s Remorse’ for another season! The half hour comedy is a Starz original that was created by Mike O’Malley and executive produced by NBA star, LeBron James. Other executive producers of the show include Tom Werner, Maverick Carter, Paul Wachter and Vic Levin.

Tichina Arnold, Mike Epps, Teyonah Parris

The premise of the show surrounds the life of a young, professional basketball player (Jessie T. Usher) who tackles the pros and cons of meshing family and business as they make their transition to Atlanta. Other cast members include funny man Mike Epps, Tichina Arnold, Erica Ash, Ronreaco Lee and Teyonah Parris.

In an interview with Variety, Starz managing director, Carmi Zlotnik, states: 

We are thrilled to renew ‘Survivor’s Remorse’ for a third season. Since it began, the critics instantly embraced the show, and now we’ve seen its fans grow season over season. This all-star creative team, led expertly by Mike O’Malley, boldly tackles the most topical of issues with heart and humor as the Calloway family deals with ‘pro-money and pro-problems’ off the basketball court. We are very happy and proud to have them return to Starz for another season.
