Reality star Erica Mena has opened up about something very personal, that millions of women experience. The former Love & Hip Hop NY cast member, who is now engaged to rapper/actor Bow Wow (Shad Moss) took to Instagram, alluding to the fact that she suffered a miscarriage. She writes:

So quickly you came into my life, So quickly torn away.
Never got the chance to meet you, There’s so much I want to say.
Where there once was joy and happiness, Is now sadness, guilt and pain.
