Anthony Anderson’s Wife Files For Divorce, After 16 Years of Marriage

Not so good news in the love department for actor Anthony Anderson. According to ET, the Black-ish star and his wife Alvina are ending their 16 year marriage.

Reportedly, divorce papers were filed by Alvina, citing irreconcilable differences. In the filings, Anthony’s wife asks for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their 15-year-old son Nathan, with Anthony being allowed reasonable visitation. The couple also have a 19-year-old daughter, Kyra. The site reports that Alvina also requests spousal support.

The pair are high school sweethearts who got hitched in 1999. The paperwork notes that they have been separated since 2014.
