Hmm… I googled and found this on wiki: http://decisions.courts.state.ny.us/fcas/FCAS_docs/2008JAN/3006022832007001SCIV.pdf

Evidently she sued him a few years back for embezelment, but dismissed it.

I googled, and found a doc on wiki which showed she sued him for embezelment back in 2007/8, but then dropped the charges. Is he the same dude she was on rb divas with?
