Halle Berry Files For Divorce A 2nd Time From Olivier Martinez

There’s more drama surrounding the split between Hollywood A-lister Halle Berry and her now estranged husband, Olivier Martinez. The actress has now filed for divorce for a second time this week, and this time around she used real names, not aliases — TMZ reports.

Previously, Halle had used aliases (Hal Maria) when filing, in order to prevent alerting the attention of the public and media. In the new docs, Halle lists her real name and Olivier Martinez’s as well. She’s reportedly asking for custody based on the “best interests” of 2-year-old Maceo. Rumor has it, there’s a prenup that keeps their money separate.
