Derek Fisher Pays Ex Wife $109,000 Per Month In Spousal Support
New details have surfaced, revealing the divorce details between Derek Fisher and his ex wife, Candace. The former NBA coach and wife married in 2005 and split after ten years. They have four children: Tatum and Drew (9-year-old twins), Marshall and Chloe.
According to court documents, Candace receives $15k per month in child support for their twin boys. She also receives a pretty impressive amount for spousal support — $109,000 per month, which equates to over $1 million dollars per year.
Prior to their split, Derek and Candace had frozen embryos in the hopes of potentially having children in the future. However, according to the docs, the embryos will now be destroyed. The former couple have yet to speak publicly about their split.
As you know, Derek is now dating former Basketball Wives LA cast member Gloria Govan. Prior to dating Derek, Gloria was married to NBA player Matt Barnes. Gloria’s relationship with Derek resulted in an explosive physical altercation earlier this year. Barnes was suspended for two games without pay for the incident. Click here for the backstory.
