With the kick off to the BET weekend activities, VH1 Hit The Floor, Perfect Match Actor Robert Christopher Riley celebrated with the launch of his new venture with celebrity Chef Bernard James Taste of Caribbean LA Catering company. The event was held at Taste of the Caribbean LA Restaurant located at 1642 N. Cahuenga Blvd,Los Angeles, CA 90028.
Celebrities in attendance were: Actor Darius McCrary ( TV One Movie Love Under New Management,Family Matters), Actor Michael Jai White (Tyler Perry For Better And Worse, Why Did I get Married), Celebrity Blogger The Jasmine Brand, Reality TV Personality Moniece Slaughter ( Love & Hip Hop Hollywood), Actress Jasmine Lewis (Barbershop),Director Carl Seaton (TV One Movie Bad Dad Rehab) Rapper Model Lola Monore.
The evening started with an exclusive seated dinner for a few select media and celebrities. The menu consisted of Ackee & Salt Fish Tostones, Jerk Salmon and Chicken. Coconut Curry Shrimp, Guinness Braised Short Ribs, Jerk Tacos, Lobster Macaroni & Cheese, Rice & Peas, all made with Chef Bernard’s signature sauces.The guest were also treated a specialty cocktail provide by ACCA Sorel Demi-Seco.
