Kylie Jenner’s Cosmetic Line Gets An ‘F’
Not so good business news for Kylie Jenner. The reality star’s cosmetics co., Kylie Cosmetics, has received a seriously negative review from the Better Business Bureau.
[FYI: The Better Business Bureau is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing marketplace trust, consisting of 112 independently incorporated local BBB organizations in the United States and Canada, coordinated under the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB). The BBB collects and provides free business reviews on more than 4 million businesses to over 123 million requests from consumers. They serve as an intermediary between consumers and businesses, handling over 885,000 consumer disputes against businesses in 2013, of which close to 78% were settled.]
According to multiple reports, the brand’s consumer satisfaction rating has received an ‘F’, with over 100 customer complaints on BBB.
In 2015, she launched her own cosmetics line. The line has had issues that Kylie has addressed on social media and her family’s reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardshians. Reportedly, there have been shipping issues, security breaches and unfavorable experiences with customer service.
Kylie nor Kylie Cosmetics have yet to comment.
