He also becomes the company’s first-ever artist ambassador. Pandora founder/CEO Tim Westergren said in a statement,
Questlove is one of the most talented and influential artists of our time. His near encyclopedic knowledge of the theory and history of music and his abiding passion for supporting artists of all kinds is a perfect match for our mission.”
Questlove added,
Pandora is a company born of a musician’s experience. I’m very excited to join them in their mission to create a healthy and vibrant industry for artists and fans alike.
In his role as strategic advisor, Questlove will work closely with Pandora to offer his own insight as an artist for other talent, and aid with new initiatives and product strategy.
