Does Yeezy have REAL plans for the White House? Perhaps. In a new interview, Kanye West discussed plans to run for president in 2020. He stated,

When I talk about the idea of being president, I’m not saying I have any political views. I don’t have views on politics, I just have a view on humanity, on people, on the truth. If there is anything that I can do with my time to somehow make a difference while I’m still alive, I’m all for it.

The 39-year-old artist, who is married to Kim Kardashian, first announced he was running for president during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. As he accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, at the end of his acceptance speech, he shared that he was running for president in 2020. He said,

It’s about ideas bro, new ideas bro. People with ideas. People who believe in truth. And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president.
