Reginae Carter Hosts 90’s Party
Last night, Lil Wayne and Toya Wright’s daughter, Reginae Carter, celebrated her 18th birthday with a 90’s themed bash. Toya channeled her inner Da Brat, while Kandi and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris paid homage to Kris Kross.
