Kanye West Explains Meeting With Trump

Social media erupted Tuesday morning, after Kanye West visited President Elect Donald Trump in Manhattan. There was much speculation as to why the pair met, but ‘Ye has hopped on social media giving fans an explanation. See his tweets below.

We’re told his #2024 tweet, hints at his plans to run president in the future. Kanye has remained mum on social media since October 21st, when he sent a happy birthday message to wife, Kim.

As previously reported, Kanye, who was recently hospitalized, and Trump briefly chatted with reporters from the lobby of Trump Tower. Here’s footage of Kanye arriving at Trump’s hotel.

When arriving, Ye avoided questions from reporters and was joined by Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, Cory Gamble. His wife, Kim Kardashian, was not present. The pair reportedly met for 15 minutes. When asked what they had discussed, Trump said only,

We’ve been friends for a long time.

Kanye, who is said to be in NYC to interview psychiatrists, remained mostly mum. When pressed to comment about the meeting and his plans to run for president in 2020, he said:

I just wanted to take a picture right now.

This is one of the Ye’s first public appearances since being hospitalized three weeks ago for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
